Shanghai Tomac International Trade Co., Ltd. has its origins in Representative Office of European professional workshop equipment and tools distributor, that was created in 2007. In last 15 years, it has developed into independent organization offering wide and constantly growing range of mainly OEM/ODM products. We have also built our own brand TOMAC. 1.Q:Are you a factory or trading company?
A:We Have own factory,our company is trade+factory.
2.Q:Where is your company located? How can I visit there?
A:Our company is located in Jingan District,Shanghai , China .All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!
3.Q:How can I get some samples?
A: We are honored to offer you samples, but need our costomers to pay for sample fee and freight.
4.Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A:Quality is our soul. We always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end.
5.Q:How to control the quality?
A:Our QC will do the in-line and final inspection for each product according to the AQL standard. The defective products will be sorted out, then send you a detailed inspection report for approval before shipping.
6.Q:How to deal with the faulty?
A:1>We assure the product quality to meet your quality requirement, as all items are produced in a very strict production control system.
2>For defective products, we will send you new ones or negotiate with you to find an acceptable solution.
